As a Forklift operator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods at our modern terminal in Houten. Your day-to-day tasks will involve a mix of physical and logistical activities, including loading and unloading trucks, moving goods within the warehouse, and ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues to meet tight schedules and maintain high standards of quality. This role requires a valid forklift certificate, physical fitness, and a proactive attitude to keep up with the dynamic pace of the logistics industry.
What You Will Do:
- Loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Moving goods within the warehouse using a forklift and other tools.
- Scanning and checking shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organizing and securing goods to ensure safe transport.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow in a 3-shift system.
These are shifts from 07:00-15:30, 16:00-00:30 and 23:00-07:30

- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- A full-time role of 40 hours per week
- Work at a modern terminal in Houten
- 30% shift allowance for work after 6:00 PM and 00:00 AM
- A quick response to your application within 24 hours on working days
- Valid forklift certificate required for warehouse operations.
- Experience in logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting.
- Living near Houten, Nieuwegein, or Utrecht is essential.
- Comfortable working in a rotating 3-shift system.
