As a Quality Control Technician, you are responsible for the physical inspection of high-quality finished products, produced in both series and one-off manufacturing within a cleanroom environment. Each product consists of multiple components and production steps, making your role essential in ensuring top-level quality.
During the production process, you carry out in-line inspections and perform a 100% final check before products leave the production floor.
Your responsibilities include:- Checking customer orders before shipment;
- Performing interim and final inspections to detect visual imperfections;
- Verifying products against specifications and technical drawings;
- Reading and interpreting working drawings and manuals;
- Measuring and checking product dimensions against the work package;
- Preparing deviation reports in case of internal discrepancies;
- Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders on quality-related topics;
- Proactively suggesting improvements to further enhance product quality.
- An attractive salary between €3,850 and €4,064 gross per month (including shift allowance), depending on experience;

- Completed technical education in a relevant field;
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals;
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00);
- Experience in quality control within a technical environment (high-tech is a plus);
- Experience with measurement equipment;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus);
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and structured working style;
- Living in the Nijmegen area with own accommodation and transport.
