As a Hightech Operator / Orbital Welder, you play an essential role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You will work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom, handling both unique parts and small series with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Using advanced welding equipment, you will program welding sequences, operate various welding heads, and ensure each product meets the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to plan and execute your work;
- Preparing and aligning components for optimal precision;
- Applying purging and forming techniques to achieve top-level weld quality;
- Performing detailed quality checks on finished products;
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
With your technical expertise, you ensure that thin-walled stainless steel tubes (5–20 mm diameter) are perfectly prepared for the assembly department.
You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) within a motivated and professional team that values collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

- Good command of English or Dutch;
- Own accommodation and transport.
