Operator

As an Allround Operator, you will work in a technically demanding production environment. You are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various installations. In addition, you carry out process and product checks, record data in the system, and ensure the production process runs smoothly and safely.

You also perform minor maintenance tasks and quickly resolve any malfunctions, either independently or together with the technical department. With your technical insight and sense of responsibility, you keep production running efficiently and contribute daily to the end result.

You work in a 2-shift

Our client in Weert operates in the dairy industry and is part of a leading Dutch family-owned company. At this location, cheese products are processed into high-quality powders, which are used in products such as bakery goods, ready meals, and sauces.

You will join a close-knit team of around 20 colleagues, where cooperation, enjoyment, and quality is what they stand for.

• MBO working and thinking level, preferably with a technical background;
• Experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry;
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system;
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
• A forklift certificate is an advantage but not required.

• A good salary of up to €3,167 gross per month (excluding allowances);
• A 36-hour work week with a shift allowance of 10% to 20%; overtime is paid or converted into leave;
