Do you love premium cars and a professional environment? At this international car brand on the Zuidas, we are looking for an energetic Office Assistant in Amsterdam. You will work in a sleek office where innovation and quality come first. From welcoming high-end clients to managing the daily office flow, you make sure every visitor feels like a VIP. It is a fast-paced environment where your proactive attitude is truly valued.

What will your tasks be?

• Welcoming guests and managing the reception desk;
• Handling incoming calls and emails professionally;
• Managing agendas and booking meeting rooms;
• Ordering office supplies and keeping the pantry stocked;
• Supporting the team with various administrative tasks;
• Organizing small team events and lunches;
• Ensuring the showroom and office look representative.

Who are you You are a hospitality natural with a hands-on mindset. Multitasking is your second nature, and you don't stress when things get busy. You speak and write fluent English and Dutch. You live in or near Amsterdam and are ready to be the face of this luxury brand.

What we ask
