As a Warehouse Operator at Samsung SDS in Tilburg, you play an important role in making sure there is a good and efficient flow troughout the logistics process. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team where communication and flexibility are essential.
In this role, you are expected to be all-round deployable across multiple departments and, when needed, across different warehouse locations in Tilburg. This means your daily tasks can vary significantly. You may be involved in physically active work such as order picking, packing, and preparing shipments, as well as more administrative tasks like inspecting incoming goods, managing inventory, and processing data in warehouse systems. This variety keeps the work dynamic and ensures you develop a broad skill set.
Flexibility is a core part of the position. You are willing to work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts) and can adapt your schedule based on operational needs. The standard will be 2 shifts (morning and evening), but nightshift and occasionally Saturdays are needed in busy times.
Working hours range between 21.5 and 37.5 hours per week, allowing for a good balance between work and personal life while maintaining flexibility for the business.
