Teamleader Warehouse

In this exciting position as Teamleader Warehouse, you are the go-to person on the work floor. You will lead a team of warehouse employees in the transit warehouse, making sure all logistics processes are safe, efficient, and on schedule. With your leadership skills, you bring out the best in your team and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

A typical day starts with a clear briefing for your team, assigning tasks and maintaining an overview of progress and quality. You identify bottlenecks, make adjustments where necessary, and actively participate in loading and unloading trucks. You ensure administrative tasks, such as maintaining loading and unloading lists, are completed accurately. You keep a keen eye on safety and make sure everyone follows procedures. Additionally, you guide new colleagues and actively contribute to process improvements.

• MBO level of working and thinking (HBO is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in a supervising or coordinating role is an advantage
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• In possession of a valid forklift certificate
• Stress-resistant, accurate, and able to maintain oversight
• Strong communication skills and natural leadership

• Competitive salary from €2800 to €3200 per month
