As a Quality Control Technician, you are responsible for the physical quality control of high-quality finished products, produced in both series and one-off manufacturing within a cleanroom environment. Each product consists of multiple components and production steps. During the production process, you perform in-line inspections, followed by a 100% final check before the product leaves production.
Your main responsibilities include:- Checking customer orders before shipment;
- Performing interim and final inspections to visually detect imperfections;
- Verifying that products meet all specifications according to technical drawings;
- Reading and interpreting working drawings and manuals;
- Measuring and checking product dimensions against the work package;
- Preparing deviation reports in case of internal process deviations;
- Communicating and consulting with stakeholders on quality-related topics;
- Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance overall quality on the production line.
- An attractive salary between €3,850 and €4,064 gross per month (including shift allowance), depending on experience;
- 25 vacation days per year plus 8% holiday allowance;

- Completed technical education in a relevant field;
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals;
- Full-time availability on short notice and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00);
- Experience in quality control within a technical environment (high-tech is a plus);
- Experience with measurement equipment;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office;
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus);
- Accurate, structured, and quality-driven mindset;
- Living in the Nijmegen area and having your own accommodation and transport.
