As a Logistics Employee, you are a crucial part of the logistics process. Together with a team of around 20 colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly—from incoming goods to final shipment. You work with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, while actively contributing to process improvements.
You will work in a 2-shift system, providing variety in your schedule as well as an attractive shift allowance.
Your main responsibilities:- Picking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for shipment;
- Receiving, checking, and administratively processing incoming goods;
- Loading and unloading trucks;
- Handling internal transport using forklifts, EPTs, and possibly reach trucks;
- Order picking using packing lists and digital systems;
- Performing regular inventory checks;
- Reporting damages, discrepancies, or unsafe situations and suggesting improvements;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently;
- Carrying out general warehouse tasks such as cleaning, recycling, and equipment maintenance.
You will join a structured and supportive environment where teamwork, development, and quality are key:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,570 and €3,650 (including shift allowance), based on 40 hours per week;
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
- A full-time position where you will start in dayshift (07:30-16:15) and in short term in a 2-shift schedule (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00)

- Experience in an all-round logistics role;
- Availability for full-time work in a 2-shift system (and flexibility for day shifts if needed);
- Experience with forklift and EPT (reach truck experience is a plus);
- A valid forklift certificate is preferred;
- A hands-on, motivated, and reliable attitude;
- Own accommodation and transportation;
- An independent and precise working style;
- Good computer skills;
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
