At Cytiva in Medemblik, we develop and manufacture innovative medical products used daily in hospitals and laboratories across the globe. As an assembly operator, you play a vital role in producing infusion and blood bags — products that help save countless lives every day.
In our clean and controlled production environment, precision and hygiene are essential. Your tasks include carefully assembling medical devices, connecting tubing and filters, sealing components, and performing detailed quality checks. Because these items are used to store and administer blood, medication, and nutrients, your accuracy and attention to detail directly impact patient safety.
At Cytiva, you’ll join a close-knit, dynamic team and receive thorough training to ensure you can perform your work confidently and effectively. Experience in assembly is welcome but not required — dedication, precision, and a desire to contribute to global health are what matter most.
You’ll work in a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday:

This is what you get in return!
- Full-time or part-time (minimum 32 hours) employment with fixed hours;
- Gross hourly wage of €15,38;
- 25% evening allowance between 18:00 - 24:00 (= €19,19 gross per hour!);
- 200% paid on public holidays;
- Changing clothes allowance of €3,35 per day for wearing a cleanroom suit;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
- 27 vacation days;
- Good on-the-job training and advancement opportunities!

- Having your own transportation is convenient due to the working hours;
