De Plesman opened its doors in March 2025 and has already earned a Michelin Key (which we're secretly very proud of). We're a boutique hotel located in the former KLM headquarters in The Hague, honouring aviation pioneer Albert Plesman. The building's history is reflected in every detail, from its architecture to its hospitality. Guests can enjoy an amazing dinner at Restaurant Suus, named after Plesman's wife, or unwind at Albert Bar, named after Albert Plesman himself. A dynamic spot between the dunes and the city where The Hague's heritage comes to life.

What will you be doing?
?-? Greet each guest with a warm and fun approach, ensuring they feel valued and at home from the moment they arrive. With a curious and proactive mindset, respond to all inquiries with kindness and a solutions-focused attitude, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.
?-? Handle all guest check-outs, including resolving late and disputed charges whilst ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive and memorable experience. You do this by addressing any concerns with boldness and professionalism whilst keeping clear communication with maintenance & housekeeping.
?-? You anticipate on guest needs by being an ambassador for the city of The Hague, to create a tailor-made experience.
?-? Handle all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
?-? Approach every check-in with kindness and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and seamless process that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
Small print:
?-? You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. You'll be on top of our list if you gained this experience at a 4/5-star hotel.
?-? Good understanding of our PMS called MEWS would be a plus.
?-? Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
?-? You speak English fluently.
?-? You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague.
