As a logistics worker at UPS, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our warehouse in Venlo or Roermond. In this role, you’ll work in a supportive and informal team environment where precision, collaboration, and safety are key. Whether you’re picking orders, packing shipments, or managing inventory, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our logistics operations run seamlessly.

What You Will Do:

• Order picking: accurately collect items based on provided lists to fulfill customer orders.
• Packing: ensure goods are safely and securely packed for transport, minimizing the risk of damage.
• Loading and unloading: assist with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks.
• Inventory management: monitor and update stock levels to maintain an organized warehouse.
• Safety: actively maintain and promote a safe working environment by following all safety guidelines.

• Gross hourly wage of €14.80.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role of 40 hours per week.

• MBO level 2 education or equivalent work experience.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to work day shifts or two-shift system.
• Own transportation to Venlo or Roermond.
• No prior experience required, but always welcome.
