English Speaking High-tech Operator

Wat je gaat doen As a High-Tech Operator / Orbital Welder, you will play a key role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You will work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom, handling both unique pieces and small series with care and attention. Using advanced welding equipment, you will program sequences, operate different welding heads, and ensure that every product meets the highest standards.
Your daily tasks include:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to plan and execute your work
• Preparing and aligning components to guarantee precise results
• Applying purging and forming techniques to maintain superior weld quality
• Performing thorough quality checks on finished products
• Actively contributing suggestions to optimize processes and improve efficiency

With your technical expertise, you ensure that thin-walled stainless steel tubes (5–20 mm diameter) are perfectly prepared for the assembly department. You will work in a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) within a motivated team that values collaboration, skill, and continuous improvement. Wat we je bieden

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented high-tech talent;

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in precision-focused technical roles
• Experience in welding (preferably TIG or orbital) is highly desirable
• High attention to detail and consistent quality in your work
• Able to follow procedures meticulously while working independently
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Proficient in English or Dutch
• Own accommodation and transport
