Operator

As a CNC Operator in plastic window frame production, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring high-tech machines, including the Elumatec processing machine and soon the Rotox CNC processing center. You ensure every production process runs smoothly with consistently high quality. With your technical insight, you quickly address minor malfunctions and perform basic maintenance. Together with your colleagues, you work in a rotating system that keeps the job dynamic. You actively contribute ideas for process improvements and get every opportunity to further develop your technical skills.

What does your workday look like? You start your day on the production floor with your colleagues, setting up machines according to the production schedule. Throughout the day, you continually check the quality of the end product and jump in wherever needed. If there is a malfunction, you respond immediately and consult with the team to find the best solution. Rotating tasks keeps your workday dynamic and challenging.

• You have technical insight and work accurately
• You have a VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) working and thinking level
• You have at least 1 year of experience as an operator or technical employee (more experience is a plus)
• You have good to excellent command of the Dutch language
• You enjoy working independently but also as part of a team
• You are flexible when needed for machine occupancy
• You are motivated to learn and develop yourself

• A gross hourly wage starting at €16 (with growth up to €20 depending on experience)
