Wat je gaat doen As a Logistics Employee, you play a key role in ensuring that the logistics operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Together with a team of approximately 20 colleagues, you are responsible for the entire process—from incoming goods to final shipment—with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.You will work in a 2-shift system, providing variety in your work and offering attractive compensation.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for shipment;
• Receiving and administratively processing incoming goods;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Managing internal transport using forklifts, EPTs, and possibly reach trucks;
• Order picking based on packing lists and digital systems;
• Performing regular inventory checks;
• Reporting damages, discrepancies, or unsafe situations and suggesting improvements;
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and meet deadlines;
• Carrying out general warehouse tasks such as cleaning, recycling, and maintaining equipment

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Logistics Employee who combines a strong sense of responsibility with accuracy:

• All-round logistics experience;
• Availability for full-time work in a 2-shift system and if needed in dayshift;
• Experience with forklift and EPT (reach truck experience is a plus);
• A valid forklift certificate is preferred;
• A hands-on, motivated, and reliable attitude;
• Own accommodation and transportation;
• An independent and precise working style;
• Good computer skills;
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
