Orderpicker

Looking for an active job where you stay busy and earn a good salary? At the AS Watson distribution center in Oosterhout, you will work as an order picker and make sure stores like Kruidvat are always well stocked.

You will collect orders using a voice picking system that guides you step by step through the warehouse. The system is available in Dutch, English, and Polish, so you can get started quickly and independently.

During your shift, you will pick a variety of products and stack them neatly and safely on pallets. Think of items like personal care products, soft drinks, cleaning supplies, and more. Every day is different, because every order is unique.

You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00), which means you benefit from attractive shift allowances. Together with your colleagues, you ensure all orders are ready on time for shipment.

You will work at the AS Watson distribution center, a leading company behind brands like Kruidvat, Trekpleister, and ICI Paris XL. The warehouse is modern and well-organized, with a direct and friendly working atmosphere.

AS Watson invests in your development. You will have opportunities to grow into roles such as EPT driver or reach truck operator. There is also a chance of a permanent contract after six months.

You can also improve your Dutch or English through language courses. You will work in an international team with colleagues from different backgrounds.

The location is easily accessible from cities like Breda, Tilburg, and Oosterhout.

You will start through Olympia, and we are present on-site daily to support you with questions about planning, salary, or leave.

• You like to work actively and accurately;
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00);
• You are available at least on Monday, Tuesday, and two Saturdays per month;
• You have your own transport (bike, scooter, or car).

• Hourly wage of €14.71 + €1.10 ADV allowance;
• Shift allowances up to 150%;
• 200% pay on public holidays;
• Travel allowance (€0.19 per km from 10 km);
