Wat je gaat doen

In this role, you’ll work in the Taste department at IFF, transforming raw materials into fragrance components used globally in food and cosmetics. Using a mobile weighing station with a computer and scale, you’ll follow recipes to collect, weigh, and process ingredients. You’ll also mix and prepare materials for further processing while operating and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth production.

Collaboration is key as you’ll work closely with your fixed team to maintain efficiency and quality. You’ll uphold safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a well-organized workspace. With a focus on precision, you’ll handle up to 30 ingredients per batch, contributing to IFF’s high-quality products. Your proactive approach and teamwork will help optimize the production process in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17,38 + 20,5% shift allowance on all hours worked
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
• 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
• A contract directly at IFF in the future At Start People,

• At least 3 years of experience in production (for example, in the food, pharma or process industry)
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 3 shift system
• MBO level 4 work and thinking ability
• Reliable, independent, and not afraid of strong scents
• Physically fit; lifting up to 23 kg is no problem for you
