We're looking for an Operations Support Team Leader for a client who will ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, in compliance with regulations, and on time.
What will you be doing?
As a team leader, you will manage the Operations Support team and ensure the efficient and error-free processing of outbound shipments.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team;
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and priorities;
- Ensure that export documentation and shipments meet all requirements;
- Liaise with departments such as Warehouse, Customer Service, and Transport;
- Handle escalations and complex logistics issues;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement them together with the team.

What we require- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain;
- Experience with export documentation and international shipments;
- Experience in a coordinating or managerial role (formal or informal);
- You remain calm under pressure and take responsibility;
- Strong communication skills and a knack for stakeholder management.
- Experience with logistics systems (SAP WMS is a plus);
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- A gross hourly wage between €17 - €31 based on your experience;
- Shift work during the day between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM;
- Opportunity for long-term employment if you prove to be a good fit;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, with no minimum!;
