Production Worker 3-Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Worker at FrieslandCampina in Wolvega, you will play an important role in the production of high-quality cheese products. Your tasks include:

• Packaging different types of cheese with attention to quality and detail.
• Assisting in cutting and preparing cheese products for shipment to customers.
• Working in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts).
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet all quality and safety standards.

• Hourly wage of €17.13 gross, excluding shift allowances (30–40%).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time job (32–40 hours per week).
• 8% holiday allowance and 5% end-of-year bonus.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (maximum €13.80 per day).
• Access to training courses such as packaging techniques and quality control.
