For an international manufacturing company, we are seeking an experienced Production Operator who is available to work in a 3-shift schedule. You speak Dutch, English, or Polish and have proven experience in a production setting.
In this position, you will join a close-knit team responsible for manufacturing high-quality products in a modern facility. You will ensure that the production process runs efficiently and meets the required standards.
Your main tasks will include:
- Operating and configuring production machinery;
- Checking products for quality and defects;
- Detecting and reporting malfunctions or deviations;
- Maintaining a clean work environment and following safety regulations;
- Supporting continuous improvements in the production process.
