As an Orderpicker, you will work full-time in a three-shift system at a traditional Dutch company in Ridderkerk. You can expect a gross hourly wage of €14,71 (€18,39 with a 25% shift allowance, €20,59 with a 40% allowance, and €29,42 with a 100% allowance). In addition, you will receive 26 days of paid leave and have the prospect of a direct contract with the company.

As an Orderpicker you are responsible for sorting the incoming goods using an automated system. You work day, evening and night shifts with the following working hours: 06:00 - 15:00 / 08:30 - 17:30 / 11:00 - 20:00 / 14:00 - 23:00 / 17:00 - 02 :00 / 21:00 - 06:00. On Saturdays, work is only done from 06:00 - 15:00 and on Sundays from 15:00 - 00:00 or 21:00 - 06:00.

It is a traditional Dutch and ultra-modern fruit and vegetable supplier. Every day they drive almost 70 vans and 9 trucks throughout the Netherlands. From Ridderkerk (main location) and 5 other locations, the drivers deliver fruit and vegetables to the kitchens of restaurants, hotels and catering companies. You work in a cold environment of about 7 degrees.

• Relevant work experience;
• Willing to work in day, evening an nighttime;
• No problem working in a cold environment (approximately 5 degrees).
