• Leading and managing a team of 10-40 employees to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Monitoring KPIs and using data-driven insights to optimize processes and achieve performance goals.
• Introducing automation and robotic solutions, while training your team to adapt to new technologies.
• Encouraging open communication and collaboration within the team to enhance teamwork and productivity.
• Ensuring quality and safety by conducting regular inspections and adhering to safety protocols.

• A monthly salary between €3034 and €3840 gross, reflecting your expertise and experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A full-time role of 40 hours per week in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Travel reimbursement starting from 10 km and an 8% holiday allowance.

We are seeking a proactive logistics leader with a passion for process optimization and team management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader.
• Proficient in KPI monitoring and logistics processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
