Process operator 2-shifts

As an operator, you ensure every day that our client's floor and façade grilles come off the line correctly and on time. You set up the machines digitally, replace moulds and make sure every operation on the product is accurate. You supply and remove materials while keeping a close eye on quality and quantity.

You are also responsible for the daily and periodic maintenance of the machines and the work environment. If a deviation comes up, you are the one to address it. You work with manual machines, a semi-automatic AP-2, and the fully automatic robot line AP-3.

Can you weld? Then you put that knowledge to use as well, with techniques such as MIG/MAG. Want more? You can also step in within logistics, or grow into the fully automatic AP-3 line.

Operator

• You operate and set up machines within the production line;
• You carry out quality checks on materials and products;
• You handle the supply and removal of materials;
• You keep machines and your workstation clean and safe;
• You identify malfunctions and resolve them together with the technical department;
• You participate in preventive maintenance on machines.

You will work in a 2-shift rotation as an Operator from Monday to Friday, from 05:30 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:30.

• You have a technical background at LBO/MBO level and preferably already bring some work experience;
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written;
• You work accurately and are able to work by yourself when it is needed;
• You have an interest in automation, digitalisation and working with and on machines;
• You are open to working in a two-shift rotation.

• An attractive starting salary based on knowledge and experience, between €2,800 and €3,100 gross per month, in accordance with the CAO Metalektro collective labour agreement;
• A full-time position in day shift for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday;
• A shift allowance of 14% for working in two shifts;
• 27 holiday days and 13 ADV days (reduced working hours days) with a full-time contract;
• A good pension scheme through the PME Pension Fund, with the employer contributing 17.09%;
• Travel expense reimbursement for commuting distances from 10 km, up to a maximum of €10.50 per day;
• You will start on a temporary contract through Olympia, with the possibility of being taken on directly by the client;
