Logistics Forklift Operator

In this role as an logistics forklift operator, you will play a key part in the daily logistics operation within Geodis. This is not a role where you sit on the forklift all day. Instead, you will combine forklift tasks with general warehouse activities such as picking, packing, scanning and order handling. You will work in a structured, safety‑focused environment where teamwork, accuracy and reliability are essential. What will you do:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, store and transport goods.
• Perform picking and packing tasks to support the order process.
• Handle general warehouse duties such as scanning, sorting and stock replenishment.
• Carry out physical tasks including lifting, walking and organizing materials.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work closely with colleagues to support a smooth and efficient workflow.

You will work varying daytime shifts, and therefore must be available between 07:00 and 18:00.

Shift patterns may change depending on operational needs.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable logistics professional who brings experience and a proactive attitude:

• Valid forklift certificate (required).
• Proven experience in forklift operation and general warehouse logistics.
• Willingness to perform a combination of forklift work and pick/pack tasks.
• Ability to provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct).
• BSN required; Dutch nationality is not mandatory.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork.
• Long‑term availability and willingness to work varying daytime shifts.
