English Speaking Cleanroom Operator

Wat je gaat doen As a Cleanroom Operator within the preparation team, you play an essential role in the production process. You support the assembly department by ensuring that all parts and components meet the highest quality standards, contributing to reliable products for international customers.Your main tasks will include:

• Receiving and checking incoming parts and components;
• Accurate cleaning and drying of parts using ultrasonic baths;
• Removal of weld discoloration (heat tint) on metal parts;
• Cleaning of process bins used for transporting parts within the cleanroom;
• Strictly following quality procedures and cleanroom protocols;
• Carefully packaging finished products and preparing documentation for shipment;
• Reporting products as ready and transferring them to the logistics team;
• Actively thinking along about improvements to optimize processes and efficiency;
• In the near future, you will be trained to operate production machines such as cutting or bending machines.

This is a position within a cleanroom environment, where working accurately and following procedures is essential. You will work in a 2-shift system: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00. Functie-eisen We are looking for a motivated and disciplined candidate who:

• Is full-time available on short notice and can work in a 2-shift system
• Has basic technical experience and can use basic tools;
• Ability to read technical drawings is a big plus;
• Has basic computer skills / PC skills;
• Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech environment would be an advantage
• Good command of the English or Dutch language
• Works accurately, follows procedures and is quality-driven;
• Has their own accommodation and transport;
• Shows discipline and willingness to work.
