Production Employee

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee, you will help produce and finish strong, durable plastic drums that are used worldwide. You will work in rotating shifts, and no two days are the same. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth, safe, and high‑quality production process.

Your tasks include:

• Tightening caps and lids
• Closing, finishing, and inspecting plastic drums
• Removing excess plastic
• Stacking and moving drums
• Performing quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Working Hours
You will work in a rotating shift system. Standard shift hours are:

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

Your schedule will be arranged flexibly based on your availability and the production needs.

You are/have:

• Physically fit and enthusiastic about active work
• Experience in a production environment (preferred but not required)
• MBO-level work and thinking
• Willing to work in rotating shifts
• Independent transport to Oosterhout
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level)
• A practical, hands-on mentality
