What will you do

At the start of your shift, you meet your colleagues on the production floor to discuss the planning for the day. After checking the machines and installations, you make sure the production process runs smoothly and that the quality of the products remains high.

• Operating and adjusting production machines
• Monitoring the production process and identifying deviations
• Performing quality checks during the production process
• Solving minor technical issues and contacting the technical department when necessary
• Keeping the workplace safe and organised together with your team
