As a logistics employee for a company in the Aalsmeer region, you will work on the flower processing line. You'll find yourself in an environment surrounded by beautiful flowers every day. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the process on the line runs smoothly. You keep oversight, make sure flowers arrive at the right spot on time, and help out wherever needed. This position is full-time with working hours from Monday to Friday, offering opportunities for growth and further training. The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
You start your working day with a team briefing, where you learn about the planning and any special orders for the day. You make sure the flowers are processed efficiently and correctly, quickly identifying and solving any bottlenecks. You keep an eye on the pace and help your team to ensure everything runs neatly and efficiently. By the end of your shift, you and your team have ensured that all flowers are processed on time and in perfect condition.
