Wat je gaat doen

As a logistics employee through Start People, you will contribute to the seamless operation of warehouses and distribution centers in the Rotterdam region. You’ll play an active role in ensuring goods are received, processed, stored, and shipped efficiently. This position offers a dynamic and hands-on environment where teamwork and reliability are essential. Whether you’re picking orders, operating machinery, or organizing inventory, your work will directly support the smooth flow of logistics operations.

What You Will Do:

• Picking orders: using a scanner to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Operating machinery: such as forklifts or reach trucks to handle goods safely.
• Preparing shipments: ensuring orders are correctly packed and ready for delivery.
• Receiving and storing goods: checking incoming items and organizing them in the warehouse.
• Maintaining organization: keeping the warehouse tidy and monitoring inventory levels.

• Hourly salary between €15 and €20, based on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
• Travel allowance in line with client policy.
• Opportunities to earn certificates like forklift or VCA.

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals for logistics roles.

• Available full-time and can start on short notice.
• Speak Dutch and/or English fluently.
• Hold a valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands.
• Live in or near Rotterdam.
• Enjoy physical work and have relevant experience.
