English speaking operator 3-shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a process operator you are responsible for operating and monitoring the production equipment.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing raw materials for production
• Setting up and operating production machines such as process mixers
• Monitoring production parameters to ensure consistent quality
• Operating packaging machines in a clean production environment
• Performing quality checks by taking samples
• Identifying and solving technical issues when they occur

• Monthly gross salary: €4125 – €4375 (incl. Shift allowance).
• Permanent contract after a successful probation period.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
• 25 paid vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel reimbursement up to 25 km one way.

Functie-eisen We are looking for a technically skilled operator who:

• Has experience as a process operator or production operator
• Has technical insight and can troubleshoot equipment
• Works accurately and follows hygiene and quality procedures
• Speaks English
• Is willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
• Lives in the Netherlands and has reliable transportExperience in food, chemical or agricultural production is an advantage.
