Over het werk
You will work in a modern technical production environment where you contribute to the manufacturing of complex assemblies and where there is plenty of room for development and process improvement. In this role, you will work with high-quality stainless steel components where precision, craftsmanship, and welding quality are essential.
As technical production operator, you will be responsible for various welding processes and contribute to the production of high-quality stainless steel assemblies. You interpret and execute work orders according to planning and work based on technical drawings.
Your tasks include preparing components through pressing and brushing, performing orbital welding, and carrying out laser welding and laser marking. You will also place liners and perform welding work on stainless steel hoses, couplings, bends, and other components. Different welding techniques are used, including TIG welding with orbital welding heads, welding robots, and manual manipulator TIG welding. You will also perform helium leak tests and final inspections to ensure that products meet the required quality standards. Additionally, you will set up machines, adjust them when necessary, and perform first-line maintenance to ensure a smooth production process.
Besides the operational work, you will digitally register completed work orders in the system and contribute to the development of new products.
