As a warehouse operator, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient flow of materials within our Scent production facility in Tilburg. You will play a key role in ensuring that raw materials are accurately prepared and delivered to internal production departments and external customers. Working in a 5-shift system, you will combine physical tasks with administrative duties, using modern tools like RF scanners and SAP to maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare: accurately weigh and process raw materials (powders and liquids) for production.
- Deliver: ensure timely and correct delivery of raw materials to production areas.
- Manage: replenish and maintain raw material inventories to avoid shortages.
- Inspect: scan and check products to meet quality requirements.
- Operate: perform various warehouse tasks using forklifts, reach trucks, or combitrucks.

- A gross hourly wage of €20.69, excluding shift allowance.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time employment in a 5-shift system (33-40 hours/week).
- 30% shift allowance on all worked hours.
- 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and 13 ADV days.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
We are looking for a precise and safety-conscious warehouse operator with a proactive mindset to join our dynamic team.
- Full-time availability in a 5-shift system.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with reach/combi truck.
- Valid or renewable forklift certification (we can assist).
- Proficient in Dutch (minimum B2 level).
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
