Your Responsibilities
- Operating and setting up packaging and production equipment.
- Performing visual checks on materials, machine settings, and process information.
- Changing machine setups for different production runs and clearing lines.
- Inspecting packaging and equipment according to established standards.
- Keeping machines and work areas clean; resolving minor technical issues.
- Analyzing malfunctions and contributing to long-term solutions.
- Reporting on safety, quality, and production results during shift handovers.

What We Offer

- Salary up to €3,357.75 gross per month based on 36 hours, excluding a 28.70% shift allowance.
- A 36‑hour work week, with an average workload of 33.6 hours due to the shift structure.
- Year-end bonus of 4%.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 50 km one way).
- Pension scheme with an employee contribution of approx. 2.5%.
