Production operator

As a machine operator at Scheuten, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Working in a 3-shift system, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining various machines that prepare glass for its final destination, whether it’s for stunning buildings, sound barriers, or other applications. This role requires a hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment.

• Operate: various glass processing machines with precision and efficiency.
• Set up: and adjust machines to meet production specifications and ensure quality standards.
• Perform: routine checks and basic maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Collaborate: with your team to meet production targets and deadlines in a friendly and supportive environment.
• Ensure: safety protocols are followed and contribute to a clean and organized workspace.

• A starting salary of €3149 gross per month, including 23% shift allowance.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A full-time role of 38 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
