Logistics Employee Night Shift

As a Logistics employee at GLS in Utrecht, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your role will involve ensuring that packages are handled with care and precision, so they reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. You will primarily work during the night shift from 20:00 to 04:30 or from 21:00 to 6:00, and your availability for at least 16 hours per week is essential. While experience in logistics is a plus, it is not mandatory—we value your dedication, willingness to learn and attraction to physical work.

What You Will Do:

• Loading and unloading: ensuring (heavy) packages are moved quick and safely in and out of trucks.
• Sorting: organizing packages based on destination and delivery schedules.
• Inspecting: checking packages for damage or irregularities before processing.
• Maintaining: keeping your workspace clean and adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborating and reliability: working closely with your team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations and be a reliable team player.

Here's what you can expect when you join our team:

• Hourly salary starting at €14.80, excluding allowances.
• Part-time role, minimum 16 hours per week.
• Evening allowance of 8.75% after 20:00, 11.25% after 00:00.
