Operator painting line

As a Paint Line Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the finishing line and supervising a small team of 2 to 3 employees.
Your duties include, among others:

• Performing quality control on products at the finishing line.
• Maintaining the production line to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
• Improving and adjusting recipes in the HMI system for our production robots.
• Resolving minor malfunctions, if necessary in consultation with our in-house Technical Service team.
• Supervising and guiding a small team of 2 to 3 employees.
• Planning daily tasks in consultation with the production manager.
• Actively contributing ideas for optimization to improve quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of and affinity with production processes;
• Experience in a similar role is a plus;
• Proficiency in the English language;
• Willingness to work in 2- and 3-shift schedules.
