Functieomschrijving

Your workday starts every morning at 7:30 a.m. With a short team briefing, during which the daily planning and any special details are discussed. After that, you head to your workstation on the production floor, where hundreds of bicycles are assembled each day. You contribute by assembling parts, adjusting gears, and performing final quality checks. You work closely with your colleagues in a pleasant working environment where everyone takes responsibility for their role.

Around 4:00 p.m., your workday ends, leaving your evenings free. The structure and regular working hours ensure a healthy work-life balance. You will receive thorough on-the-job training from experienced colleagues and be given the time and support to learn the trade step by step. You are not expected to know everything from day one-the most important qualities are reliability, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Wie ben jij?

• You have completed at least a VMBO-level education (or equivalent)
• You speak Dutch or English at a functional level
• You are  full-time available 
• You are precise and quality-focused
• You are physically capable of standing and working throughout the day
