English Speaking Operator 3-shifts

Wat je gaat doen As an Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry. Working in a 3-shift system, you will ensure smooth production processes, uphold strict hygiene standards, and maintain consistent product quality. With your technical skills and hands-on mentality, you’ll help keep operations running efficiently while being part of a motivated and supportive team. In this role, you and your colleagues will be responsible for:

• Collecting raw materials and preparing supplies for production.
• Setting up and operating various machines, including process mixers.
• Monitoring key parameters during production.
• Operating packaging machines in a cleanroom environment.
• Performing quality checks by taking and submitting samples.
• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues with equipment.
• Completing administrative and reporting tasks.

Functie-eisen We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate has:

• MBO+ level of (technical) education and experience as a (process) operator, preferably in the food or chemical industry
• Good command of the English language
• A solid understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
• Technical skills to resolve machine-related issues
• You have your own accommodation and transport
• A flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently and with attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality focus
