English Speaking Warehouse Employee

Wat je gaat doen As a warehouse employee you will be part of a friendly team of around 15 employees. Together, you will be responsible for the complete logistics flow – from goods receipt to final delivery. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.
You will perform a varied range of tasks, such as:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for shipment;
• Receiving and administratively processing incoming goods;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Internal transport of goods using forklifts, EPTs, and possibly reach trucks;
• Order picking using packing slips and digital systems;
• Carrying out periodic stock counts;
• Reporting damages, shortages, or unsafe situations and actively suggesting improvements;
• Working closely with other departments (cross-training) to optimize logistics processes and meet delivery deadlines;
• Performing general warehouse tasks, including keeping the workspace tidy, recycling, and maintaining equipment.

Functie-eisen We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and takes responsibility:

• MBO level of working and thinking, with relevant experience in logistics;
• Full-time availability during daytime hours and preferably available at short notice;
• Experience with forklifts and EPT (reach truck experience is a plus);
• A valid forklift certificate is a plus;
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn;
• You have your own accommodation and transport;
• Able to work independently and accurately, with a hands-on mindset;
• Comfortable working with computers (for stock registration and packing slips);
• Good command the English language (Dutch is a plus).

The warehouse team consists of around 15 colleagues, where cooperation, quality, and knowledge sharing are key. The location is in Nijmegen and easily accessible from Arnhem, Tiel, Oss, and German cities such as Kleve and Goch.
