Factory Packer 2 or 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a production and packing worker, you help keep the production line at Uniekaas running smoothly. Uniekaas is the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands. You will work with cheese blocks, help with packing, check product quality, and support the cheese packaging process in a clean and organized food production environment.

You will:

• Pack sliced cheese into boxes and prepare them for shipment
• Check labels and product quality
• Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules

Work together with your team to keep the production going.You can work in a 3-shift schedule, or choose day shifts only between 06:00 AM and 10:00 PM – perfect if you prefer a routine without night shifts.

Shift times:

• Morning shift: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night shift: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Wat we je bieden

• Hourly wage of €16.31 excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowances of 30% for evening shifts (18:00–22:00) and 40% for night shifts (22:00–06:00)
• 8% holiday allowance and 20 + 4 vacation days included in your flex budget
• Travel reimbursement above 10 km
• Opportunity for a permanent contract

Functie-eisen

• Reside near Kaatsheuvel, tilburg or Waalwijk or can commute independently
• Willing to work in 2- or 3-shift rotations (morning, afternoon, night)
• Available at least 3 days per week

Uniekaas, founded in 1956, is the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands. We produce our delicious cheeses using traditional Gouda methods and our own recipe. Our production site in Kaatsheuvel is easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, Waalwijk, Drunen, Oosterhout, Dongen, and Loon op Zand. This is an English-speaking workplace, suitable for people who speak English and/or Dutch or want to learn. The Uniekaas team from Start People is on-site three days a week. During these days, we hold a drop-in consultation during shift changes, where you are always welcome to stop by with questions or for support. We also use WhatsApp to stay easily reachable on other days for candidates and employees.
