What you’ll do:- Coordinate the preparation and agenda management for Supply & Distribution meetings, ensuring all details are in place.
- Support the S&D management team with operational planning and follow-ups to keep processes running efficiently.
- Develop and maintain reporting formats to track progress and provide consistent updates.
- Organize team activities, such as teambuilding events, to foster collaboration and engagement.
- Facilitate internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment and clarity across the team.

- Monthly salary between €3,033 and €3,860.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time role, 32-40 hours per week.

- HBO degree in Communication or related field.
- Experience in process optimization and task delegation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Strategic mindset with excellent prioritization and planning abilities.
