What your role as an operator will involve:
- Overseeing the production line to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
- Collaborating closely with team members and other departments, including logistics.
- Preparing process reports and handing over responsibilities to the next shift.
- Following HACCP, SOP, and GMP guidelines in all tasks.
- Quickly diagnosing and resolving any equipment or process issues.
- Using English as the main language for communication on the production floor.

What we’re looking for in a candidate for this operator role:
- You have excellent English language skills.
- Previous experience as a (process) operator.
- You excel in a structured setting where strict procedures are followed and deviations are not allowed.
- You are comfortable with commuting to the workplace.
- You are willing to work across three shifts.
- Over 5 years of experience with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods (e.g., 5WHY, RCA, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, ATS, SMED, Fishbone).
- Experience working with process or data management systems such as ERP, SAP, or MES.
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with operational guidelines.
