Manpower is looking for a Service Technician for a company in Roermond.
In this role you keep a fully automated warehouse environment operational together with your shift colleague. You handle both preventive maintenance and complex breakdowns, with a strong focus on root cause analysis instead of quick temporary fixes. Your main tasks are:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse and conveyor systems
- Solving breakdowns with roughly seventy five percent mechanical and basic electrical work including PLC based environments
- Troubleshooting non standard and recurring faults using structured root cause analysis
- Diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, control and peripheral equipment
- Interpreting signals from sensors, drives, motors and safety circuits
- Stabilizing third party equipment such as packaging machines and printers when suppliers are not directly available
- Working closely with remote support teams when deeper software intervention is required
- Cooperating with your on site shift colleague and other stakeholders
- Logging failures, actions and maintenance work in internal systems and reports
- Spotting recurring issues and suggesting practical improvements
