As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative at Saxo Bank, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian clients. - Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions related to accounts, platforms, and trading products
- Guide clients through onboarding and daily usage of Saxo's services
- Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- A monthly salary of €2,900 .
