Your tasks?

• Preparing dishes live in front of guests, creating an interactive experience
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service
• Keeping the equipment and workspace sparkling clean and organized
• Advising the team on improvements for recipes and kitchen procedures
• Following traditional Japanese techniques accurately for every guest

What we ask

• At least 1 year of experience in a Japanese culinary setting
