As a Manager of Delivery for Enterprise, you are responsible for working with our Enterprise (B2B) business area to define our strategy for supporting our customers and translating this to execution. You ensure that complex change initiatives land, create value, and are delivered in a way that people can absorb and build on. You connect business ambition with delivery reality, not by pushing harder, but by prioritizing smarter and cultivating a digital product mindset across IT and الشعبية stakeholders.
You work closely with stakeholders across IT and the business to shape change roadmaps, align scope and resources, and keep delivery predictable in an environment where priorities evolve quickly. You oversee governance, financial control and progress tracking, while always keeping an eye on outcomes rather than output.
This role requires someone who remains steady when pressure increases. Someone who understands that delivery is not just about plans and dashboards, but about people: teams that need clarity, stakeholders that need trust, and leaders across the business that need honest insight to make decisions.
You don’t sit above delivery, you are in it. You mentor delivery and transformation talent, foster ownership, and create a culture where learning, accountability and improvement go hand in hand. When adjustments are needed, you see them early, explain them clearly, and act decisively.

Must-haves:глав>
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience built through complex delivery environments.
- 5+ years of experience in delivery, transformation or change management within an Enterprise / B2B and IT context.
- Proven ability to manage delivery roadmaps, dependencies, milestones and risks across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with delivery governance, financial management, business cases and benefits realization.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear, data‑driven insights for senior leadership.
- A coaching leadership style: you build trust, mentor talent and create psychological safety in teams.
- A structured yet pragmatic mindset, focused on outcomes, continuous improvement and sustainable delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience within aFranc Telecom or large‑scale digital environment.
- Exposure to portfolio‑level delivery, transformation offices or strategic programs.
- Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making, performance dashboards and analytics.
- Experience working with external partners or vendors in delivery settings.
You must already live in the Netherlands (work permit required), preferably within ~30 km of The Hague, and you’ll work at least 3 days per week from our Den Haag office.
