The job
Are you a seasoned Product Manager ready to step out of the coordination loop and into real product building? At GreenFlux, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to let go of the “Product Manager” title to become a “Product Developer”—joining a feature team delivering customer value end to end. In our LeSS environment, the distinction between thinkers and doers disappears. Everyone contributes to solving meaningful problems and creating software that matters.
What You'll Do :
Embrace your new role as a Product Developer—applying product thinking directly within the team.
Collaborate with your team to shape and deliver customer-focused features, from concept to implementation.
Engage with real users and stakeholders (as a team) to uncover needs and opportunities.
Participate fully in all team ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and multi-team Refinement).
Share your deep product insights—market context, customer behavior, and user value—to help the team make better decisions.
Contribute hands-on where possible—whether in design, testing, automation, or development—and learn new skills to broaden your impact.
What We're Looking For :
Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Passion for building meaningful software collaboratively—not managing from the sidelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and collective ownership.
A breadth mindset: the ability to look beyond a narrow area of expertise and explore connections between business value, technical feasibility, and user experience.
Bonus Points For :
Technical skills (or eagerness to learn)—coding, testing, UX, data analysis, etc.
Experience working in agile or scaled agile environments (LeSS preferred).
Curiosity, humility, and a mindset of continuous learning.
A track record of applying diverse knowledge sources to solve complex problems and generate ideas across domains.
