About the RoleAs an Maintenance Engineer- HVAC, you will support the reliability, compliance, and future readiness of clean utilities and HVAC systems within a pharmaceutical production environment. Acting as a key technical partner to the Business System Owner, you ensure installations meet strict quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Business System Owner for HVAC, BMS, and EMS systems
- Manage HVAC asset packages to ensure long-term availability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Support CAPEX planning, investment proposals, and budget rounds
- Contribute to change management (MoC), commissioning, qualification, and project handovers
- HBO work and thinking level with a technical background
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma preferred)
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems, control strategies, and P&IDs
- Solid communication skills in English and Dutch with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
