As Dynamics Analyst you will be responsible for the identification of the relation between mechanical design, dynamical behaviour and system performance. With your knowledge gained through workexperience or school projects, you will tackle various projects during which you will use different software, make clear design recommendations and play an active role during the design phase. To do this, you need to be master of some key aspects. These being: having a pro‑active mindset, being a problem solver, have good communicative skills and have an eye for detail and debth (think theoretical AND practical).
- You use MATLAB, FEM, experiments and other analysis tools/methods to analyze high tech systems;
- You can make recommendations regarding new development and design;
- You will define analysis/measurement plans for dynamics design optimization or for root cause analyses;
- You execute assignments in cooperation with customers and have a pro‑active role in the design process;
- You will contribute in internal knowledge/tool development related to dynamics analyses and measurements.
- You have a master degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- You have experience with FEM software (if this is ANSYS and HyperWorks, then brilliant);
- You have experience with modal/vibration measurements on mechatronic modules and systems;
- You have strong communicative skills, a problem soliving mindset and are pro‑active;
- You feel comfortable working independently as well in a team.
