Are you technically inclined and looking for a job where you can learn, grow, and build security? As a Production Worker, you will work in a 3-shift system and play an important role in the heat treatment process of metals. This process is crucial within the production industry and requires precision, a sense of responsibility, and technical insight.
You will work with modern installations and learn all the ins and outs of the trade step by step. Your days will be filled with loading ovens, setting and starting programs, and monitoring the quality of the process. You will identify and report malfunctions and ensure the unloading of the ovens after the heat treatment process. No two days are the same, and you will gain valuable knowledge in a unique production process.

What we require
- MBO working and thinking level
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical work environment
- Good command of Dutch, English, or German
- Willingness to work full-time (38 hours per week) in a 3-shift system

- Good salary: €15.80 gross per hour, supplemented with a 20% shift allowance (total €18.96 per hour)
